Beetroot Hummus





Serves : 4

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Boiled Beetroot

1 cup of Boiled Chickpeas

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 tp of Lemon juice

1 tsp of Salt

1/2 tsp of chilli powder



Method

1. Add all the ingredients in the mixture and blitz it till a smooth paste is achieved.

2. You can use it as a dip or a spread over toasts to tortillas


It can be stored for over 3-4 days in the fridge
