Carrot Pasta

Serves 2
Ingredients
2-3 Medium Carrots [ Peeled / Spiralled ]
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium onion finely chopped
2 tbsps of Wheat flour
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Oregano powder
1 tsp of Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of butter
Method
Heat a pan, add butter followed by garlic and sautee it till slightly brown.
Add onions , sautee till translucent.
Once done add the wheatflour and mix well, roast the flour along with the onions.
Then add water and keep stirring to avoid lump formation
Once the mixture has come together add salt, oregano, pepper & Chilli flakes, once you see that the mixture getting thicker add water if you like.
Then finally add the carrots and cook till the carrots are soft , roughly 5-7 minutes.
Once done just plate it up and you can have it up with Stir fried shrimps or Chicken / Tofu / cottage cheese
You could additionally add more veggies of your choice in the recipes.
