Mango Salsa Salad

A Quick Salad Fix





Serves 1-2

Ingredients


1 cup of Mangoes [ diced ]

1 cup of roughly chopped tomatoes

1 cup of roughly chopped cucumber

1 cup Capsicum [ Sautéed ] [ Optional you can have it raw if you like ]

1 Tbsp of Salsa

1 Tbsps of Coriander to Garnish


Method

In a bowl add all the ingredients one by one and top it up with Salasa and finally Garnish it with some coriander
