Open toast Veggie Sandwich




Serves 1-2

Ingredients 


2 Whole Wheat Toast 

2-3 Tbsps of Hummus 

½ cup of sauteed Capsicum 

½ tsp of butter 


Method 


  1. Heat a pan, toast the bread till golden brown.

  2. Once done, spread over the hummus evenly on the bread. 

  3. Then place the veggies on the top 

  4. And garnish it with coriander
