Roti Pizza...without oven!

A very simple easy recipes that is not only tasty but delicious as well



Serves - 4


Ingredients


Roti / tortilla - 4 no

Julienne Carrots - 1 cup

Julienne Capsicum - 1 cup

Julienne Cabbage - 1 cup

Tomatoes Quarter sliced - 1 cup

Sautéed Mushroom- 1/2 cup

Salsa - 1/4th cup

Hummus - 1/2 cup

Rajma moong / Kidney bean & Sprouts mixture - 1 cup [ you can just boil and use or sautéed it with garlic ginger onions tomatoes but keep it dry, we don’t want to make the tortilla soggy ] [ recipe available in the blog]


Method


  1. Toast the roti on the pan till golden brown from each side

  2. Take a roti and spread hummus over it.

  3. Then place the Kidney bean & Sprouts mixture all over the roti.

  4. Top it up with all veggies one by one.

  5. Once all veggies are topped add Salsa and coriander.


Note you can add Cheese if you want, all you need to do is to heat the entire pizza along with the cheese for 2-3 minutes on a pan with lid covered. if you are doing this then you don't need to toast the roti initially.
