Sautéed Kidney Bean & Sprouts

This is an amazing high protein dish that can easily go with a rice, bread or tortilla

Serves - 4
Ingredients
Onions - 1 cup finely chopped
Tomatoes - 1 cup finely chopped
Garlic - 2 cloves crushed
Kidney beans [ boiled ] - 1 cup
Sprouts - 1cup
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Coriander for dressing
Water - 1/4th cup
Method
1. Put pan for heating, once hot add oil.
2. Then add garlic, sautee it till slightly brown.
3. Then add onions into the pan, sautée the onions till translucent.
4. Once the onions are done add Chili powder, garam masala powder a tsp of water so that the masala don't burn.
5. Cook for 5 min, you can add water in between if required.
6. Add Tomatoes and sautee till roughly about 5 min or till the oil oozes out of the mixture.
7. Now add the kidney beans & sprouts add water as per the consistency you want and cover it and let it simmer for 10 min.
8. Keep a watch so that the gravy doesn't burn..
9. Once done add salt as per taste & garnish it with coriander
