Watermelon chia seeds drink

Summers are filled with summer fruits like watermelon and muskmelon.

What is a better way that having fruits and foods that cool our system.

Here is my quick refreshing cooling drink made from chia seeds and watermelon

Serves - 2


Ingredients

Water melon roughly chopped - 1 cup

Mint - 1-2

Chia seeds - 1 Tsp

Honey - 1 Tsp

Water - If required


Method

In a mixer add the watermelon pieces without seeds along with chia seeds honey mint and water and grind the entire mixture together , pour it in glasses and add ice from top
